Science Instructional Support Specialist

Coral Zayas is a bilingual instructional designer, proud STEM educator, and instructional coach.

She specializes in creating and facilitating engaging learning experiences for in-person, blended, and virtual settings for learners of all ages. She enjoys creating learning experiences that solve organizational problems using a wide variety of tools.

In the past, she has held positions in K-16 education as an educator, program coordinator, and coach for both students and fellow educators.

She currently serves as a science instructional support specialist, coaching educators and supporting student achievement. She works across K-12 and higher education supporting educator professional development.

In the future, she hopes to combine her interests in talent/organizational development, instructional design, and project management to support innovative organizations and their learners.

In her spare time, she loves putting her love of project/program management to work by volunteering for roles that support missions she believes in. She currently serves as the Board President for the Elon University ELHAN (Elon Latinx/Hispanic Alumni Network).
