Zach Rondot is a passionate fourth-grade teacher in Troy, Michigan. He has been a classroom teacher since 2013. Zach is the co-author of two books, The Expert Effect, a professional development book for teachers around Project-Based Learning and the newly released children’s companion book, The Expert Expedition. In 2019, Zach was named the Troy School District Elementary Teacher of the Year and the Oakland County Elementary Teacher of the Year.
