Jennifer is your Recruiter On-Demand, levering relationships and creative strategies for businesses of all sizes. Bringing 7 years of full-lifecycle in-house recruiting experience, Jennifer is on a mission to prove that not all recruiters are terrible as a solo recruiting strategy consultant. She is passionate about saving businesses time and money on talent acquisition by bringing organization and functionality to recruiting operations.

Prior to starting her own business, Jennifer spent over 15 years being intimately involved in the full lifecycle of the employee in several different industries (hospitality, tech, restaurants, non-profits, education, and healthcare), from in-house high volume recruiting as Senior Recruiter for Kasa Living and Area Leader of Recruiting with Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers to job opportunity and internship creation as Program Manager for the Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation to professional development and training to project managing the implementation of tech-based workplace tools. She is creative, collaborative, and connected, connecting with clients through project-based, contract, or retained engagements.

On a personal level, Jennifer enjoys exploring all that New Orleans has to offer. She is a big fan of college football, especially her Ole Miss Rebels, attending every day of Jazz Fest each year, moving her body as much as possible through biking, tennis, yoga, and running, and jumping in to help her community when she can.
