Charlie did an undergrad degree in computer science and spent four years as a software engineer. He then got a degree in teaching and spent two years as a high school CS teachers. During his time teaching, he started Pickcode, an online platform for teaching CS. Today, Pickcode is used by dozens of schools across the US and Europe.
