Dr.

Kevin Leichtman is the co-founder of Team Leichtman Consulting. He received his Ph.D. from Florida Atlantic University, studying new teacher burnout. He is the author of three books, including his latest release: Crushing it from the Start: 50 Tips for New Teachers.

Kevin is also an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University, teaching equity and diversity courses. He has developed curriculum, professional development, and presented on the topics of mindset, burnout, and equity to teachers, schools, and students across the nation.
